Backyards, Canoes and Buttercups

 

An unused canoe in my grandfather's basement.

Summer days spent holding buttercups under chins.

Days and nights looking longingly up at the stars. 

Lots of daydreaming, reading and playing. 

A moment in a space where I wish I could have held onto time.
