On My Mind

I've been quiet the last few days. Thinking of my friends who have been displaced because of the fires.

Thousand Oaks is very special to me. It's where I taught my very first class (a rubber stamping/card making class at a birthday party for kids many, many, many moons ago.) I returned to teach in the area numerous times over the years at various locations from Thousand Oaks to Westlake Village to Oak Park. 

I have friends in the area whom I'm worried about. There are artists who live there whose work I love and respect. 

Please keep California in your thoughts. I am hoping that my friends continue to check in and that they are safe.
