The Unknown


On the advice of a few of my students (thank you) I picked up Natalie Goldberg's The Great Spring. I read the book in a day. I can't remember who told me that the memoir part of the book was their favorite part but I would have to agree. The chapter that made the entire book worth reading for me was on David Park and Richard Diebenkorn. The chapter talks about how to introduce people to the unknown. I loved every word of it. It is a chapter that I will revisit again. Soon.

I LOVE Natalie Goldberg! I have 2 ( or maybe 3) copies of Writing Down the Bones - and use her writing prompts often. I haven't read this one yet though! Thanks for the heads up Kelly :)
