Evolution

I pulled out several of my journals (both old and new) to bring with me to my class this weekend in Beverlywood. I thought that it would help folks to see how your work changes with time and dedication. When I sit down to make my pages, I try to see how I can make each page different than those that have come before. 

It's fascinating to flip through art journals from 19 years ago to ones that I finished a month ago and to physically see the progression of myself as both an artist and individual. Yet, I still see my voice even as that voice changed and became stronger (and louder.)
