I posted to Instagram this morning that I am toying with the idea of selling original collaged and painted pieces as well as prints in the New Year. For so many years my focus has been on teaching classes, occasionally selling art supplies and handmade journals that I'd like to try my hand at selling original works every now and then. I am also thinking of taking commissions. It's a big step but I think it's time.

I have about thirty pages left to read in Molly Crabapple's Drawing Blood. I've had a hard time putting it down. I am hoping that she will release a full color, hardcover collection of her artwork in the future. I love artist's biographies and am finding this one fascinating and enthralling.
