What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for more than twenty years. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Thanks for stopping by!

Late Night at the Studio

Almost twelve hours later and there are three of us left working in our books. A good Saturday night.

I see that you like the Flow magazine. Have you seen the FLOW Book for Paper Lovers? I just bought it for $30 at Barnes and Noble. It has 300 pages of colored paper, including name tags, gift tags, thank-you cards, paper dolls, stickers, post cards, DIY envelopes, "happy" garland, wrapping paper, coloring pages, and at the back there are 15 pages of women on the beach with quote bubbles above their head so you can add your own comment. Printed in Holland, bar code is 074470053217. So cute.
Also, I just received the June catalog for Anthropologie, it has great pictures that look like your style.
I love your stuff! I mean, I love your art and collage, keep it up.

That is some dedicated art-making - and it looks like great fun has been had by all!
