I hope that you're having a good week so far! I'm looking forward to teaching this weekend. It seems that things have gone from busy to super busy on hyper drive. Not complaining as being busy is very good especially these days! Trying to find daily moments and bits and pieces of time to get everything done that needs to be done and that also includes nourishing me with time spent in my journal. I hope that in this fast paced busy season you can also find the time to slow down and reflect upon what sustains you (my sustenance is: my family, my art, books, film and long walks!) Some food for thought this morning. I hope to see you back here at 7 p.m. PST tonight!
