I'm trying to push myself some more with this book and use colors that I don't normally gravitate towards (see the purple above?) I'm having a lot of fun with it. I announced my new two day class yesterday that involves collage, paint and more. It's called A Compendium of Visual Delights. I'll be teaching it in Fremont and Los Angeles in June. I don't have it on the schedule anywhere else yet so catch it while you can. I am VERY excited about this new class. I haven't taught a PAINT class in a long time and my goal with this new book is NOT to paint like I used to so this is something new even if you've taken a gazillion painting classes with me. I'm also combining collage with the paint in a way that's different for me. I'm loving the process.

Speaking of classes, I am teaching one of my most favorite journals this Sunday at Stampin' From The Heart. It's called the Wanderlust but my Fremont pals nicknamed it the flippy book as the pages fold up, out, down, etc... It's a seriously awesome book and I had a great time working in it. Here's my weekend class schedule.
