What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for more than twenty years. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Washimatta has the new Yoko Inoue tapes by Classiky!!

(Above images from Classiky Japan)

Remember those tapes I've been drooling about and saving up for? Well, they're finally HERE!

Washimatta has the new Classiky tapes in stock here and here!!! There are also napkins as well!!

More pictures here. Mine are ordered and I'm SUPER excited!!!!

Karen also has a teaser post up about new 2012 MT tapes she will be adding soon.

I've been ordering from Washimatta for some time now. She is one of my go to stores and I trust her! She has excellent customer service and is extremely reliable. She's not paying me or giving me anything to say this or to shout out her store. NO ONE sponsors my blog or gives me anything that I don't tell YOU guys about. I only recommend companies that I know and trust and order from myself (just like you guys do!) I LOVE ordering from her! I can't wait for these new tapes!!!!

Oh congrats, Kelly!! I have to wait because I need to save a few bucks for the girls weekend coming up with my friend Steph. We're going antiquing on Saturday and making art on Sunday. Steaks and wine Sat nite!! (what can I say, I grew up on a cattle farm!!) I just bought 4 new blank canvases and got 5 new stencils and some sprays and I'm taking my bag full of tapes. The paint will be flying and the sissors a clipping!! Can't wait!! Have a great week with your mom!!
