A Girly Interior in London published by Editions de Paris (as well as some TAPE) at Kinokuniya. (more on the book here.)

And I love Sarah Midda...will have to look for that book...the page with all the pairs of espadrilles from her South of France book (title has slipped my mind) makes me giddy.
