Not Turning into a Food Blog but...
I've been wanting to make this soup for what seems like ages (in reality, it's about two months). I finally did tonight (no meat or meat substitute and I used tomato paste, vegetable broth, water, carrots, tomatoes, onions, red peppers, corn, garbanzo beans, and various seasonings). I'm so happy that I did. I made one big pot following the directions and now we have enough soup for at least one other night this week!
One of my most favorite (and super easy) breads to make is one I found back in March. I've made the Irish Brown Bread several times since. Yum.
If I had any room left in my belly (and if husband ate chocolate), I would totally make this recipe, substituting vanilla frosting for marshmallow (or maybe even more peanut butter). Yum. I told my sister that we are totally making these in August when I visit.
I won't leave you without a little Monday night Blog Love:
