The other night, I picked up a copy of Eat My Words: Reading Women's Lives Through the Cookbooks They Wrote at the local used bookstore. I couldn't resist and it was inexpensive. I haven't read it yet (been reading Nicole Krauss' Great House and loving it), but hope to do so soon. I wanted to point it out here as it may interest some of you.

A studio with a view is right!
We went to Giant Robot 2 in West L.A. on Saturday night and saw Theo Ellsworth's show. Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe it. Inspiring. Mesmerizing. Captivating. We could have spent hours there looking at the art. The exhibit is up until early December. Don't miss it!
