19 September 2010 journal page

I usually collage the inside cover, but I loved the liner paper too much, so I left it alone but added my contact info "just in case".
Layers of transparency, paper, tape, journaling and an old label sticker.

I updated my Winter class schedule. I'm teaching two new classes this weekend. You can find more info here. I'll be at Zinnia on Saturday teaching a brand new collage class. On Sunday, I'll be at Stampin From The Heart with my Metamorphosis: Art of Altered Pages class. I hope to see you there!

I have a special story to share with you in tomorrow's blog post. I hope that you check back to read it!

Congrats on the article at TapeSwell! Of course I ended up buying some more tape...since I was already there... See what you've started?!?!?!? Now I LOVE tape! It was bound to happen eventually. I'm really having fun in the journal I made in Whitman. It's turning into my "experiment/experience" journal. (Catchy title, huh? Just came up with it. I like it!)

Things I like (ok, fine, looooove)about Kelly's blog:
Reliability, every day
-there's work to inspire me
-she works better than my google reader
-same style of books and art e.g. the englishman and barron storey must buy
-opens up to other blogs, I would not be aware of otherwise
-the materials list, books list and where to get them (thank you, thank you thank you)

What I don't like about Kelly's blog:
After a lifetime of addiction to traditional (veeeeery expensive) art supplies, now I NEED tape. It's all your fault Kelly.
