November 10 journal page

Picked this up last night at the bookstore with a coupon. I love books like this where they talk to the artist about process and thoughts. What is going on inside that skull of theirs. I'm more interested in why than how to.

I have this on order and I can. not. wait.

Burton at MOMA. *Sigh*. I want to go to this so badly. I can't wait for the book. It's Tim's fault that David found me and I found David... ;)

An interesting post on what one artist does with his books and a paint brush.

How to give gifts without giving "Stuff".

Speaking of good gifts and yummy things-if you're in L.A., help support a very yummy local bakery, Kiss My Bundt! We went last night. They actually put the frosting on-your choice-as you stand there and wait. YUM. I'm still licking my lips.

I had a vanilla bundt with chocolate frosting and I'm still thinking about it...Hubby had all vanilla and said it was very good! Tristan-our boy-was a pain in the ass and said he wanted cookies. LOL.

Great page. Great links, wished I lived in L.A. because I would certainly visit a lot of the places you post about and you of course. ;)

Love the site with Stilkey's painting on books. So beautiful.

Thanks for the Burton lead--I'm going to get there; and the book artist was a terrific look.
