"A line is a dot that went for a walk." Paul Klee

Tristan and I went for a walk today...this is the tar we found on the walk...

Paul Klee came to mind.
My friend Andrew and his uncanny ability to find art in everything also came to mind.

Lots of things popped into my head. Artists playing with line..exploring things. Seeing things. Putting pen, pencil, brush to paper. What can we see? What can we share? What can we express? How can we make a line go for a walk...by opening our eyes and seeing what's around us, being in tune to things and then picking up our pencils and letting it all run loose...

Hey, why don't you get colored chalks and start filling in between the black lines, Paul Klee style? That would be so wicked cool!
