Leftover paper scraps that I am saving (hoarding?) I actually *use* these...
I've also decided that the "bag" that I hold these special scraps in (for personal use) will never: a. multiply or b. get larger then 1 quart...(the secret is to keep it manageable!)

What do I do with the scraps?
A. Cover entire pages with them.
B. Use them as "accents" on a page.
C. Look at them and comment how pretty they are
D. Take stupid pictures and blog about them.
