Would you buy this house?

We drove by it this afternoon (out of curiosity and since it was on our way to Glendale...) and I honestly can't believe the housing market prices in this area.

What?! Over a million dollars for a fix up? YIKES! That's unbelievable! But it's a cute house on the outside! Now I know why so many people relocate to Phx. from CA... of course, our real estate has gone up a lot in the past year but still... not like THIS!

Holy moly that's CRAZY! I moved from So Cal to Oregon about 13 years ago and just for fun, I go to Zillow.com (be careful...this is addicting!) where you can find the market value of pretty much ANY house (as well as the sales history). I am ALWAYS astounded at the average price range!
