The City of Los Angeles has officially declared that in order to park in Los Angeles you now will need a PhD or a very, very fat wallet.

The sign is in Los Angeles (near the border of West Hollywood) around the corner from my son's school.
I always tell people read the damn signs before you park anywhere in this crazy city! LOL!!!!
