7 September 2012 Journal Page

Last night, David, Tristan and I wandered around Magnolia Street on Burbank for "Ladies Night". They held it the last Friday in October last year and I loved it then, too. Candy is given out to kids in costumes, stores are open late, food trucks are everywhere. It's a lot of fun.

We wandered up and down the street as if we were playing tourists. Sure, we stopped in at several familiar favorites (Dark Delicacies Bookstore and the soda/candy shop) but we also popped into a few new stores as well. It was a lot of fun and something I'd recommend to everyone.

Find a street to explore and check it out! Walk up and down several times taking in everything around you using your senses as much as possible. It was invigorating and makes me want to dive into my journal this morning!

Still room for any last minute folks in tomorrow's (Sunday's) class at Stampin from the Heart in L.A.! Since Zinnia closed, I don't have too many local classes on the schedule. Catch it while you can! It's one of my new favorites.

Awesome journal page. :) My hubby and I like to walk the streets of Barranquilla...on any given day...and just pop into whatever strikes our fancy. So much fun!
