My Latest Journal Cover

I'm two pages in on this journal. (I'll be showing you those pages soon.) I decided that I'd work on the cover tonight. I'm not in love with it yet, but that's okay. I have time to work on it. I stress to my students that your journal is your place to experiment and make a mess. I'll post the cover when I'm done with it.

What are you working on?

I love how you arent stressing and just letting it take you on a journey of its own. wonderful that you live by your own teachings... its a rare.
I can't wait to see what you end up doing with the cover, or to see the inside pages!
I actually love this cover--just as it is. I'm working on a hand page right now, too. I traced my hand about five years ago and I use it as a template now and then. Have a great teaching weekend.

Howdy Kelly,

I really like the goldy-ness of your cover - the texture is VERY intriguing. The face and hand really draw me in too.

This week I'm making my own decorative masking tapes. They look fabulous! Way over the top!

Have you tried making decorative tapes?

Peace,
LuLu
