Hi Nicole,
It's geared for ALL levels-beginner to advanced. Even if you've been journaling for eons, you'll learn lots of new ideas. If you've new or hardly ever journal, it's a GREAT group-very supportive. I have constructed it in the same way I teach my in person workshops-it is for EVERYONE-beginner to advanced. If you have any questions, please email me at egorey99@sbcglobal.net
