I'm going nuts. Is anyone else having problems with sbcglobal? I am not receiving all of my emails. The ones I send are not always going through either.

The new thing that keeps occurring in the last week is for me to type an email and be 1/2 or 3/4 of the way through typing it and it disappears-completely. The "undo" button doesn't help. The email is still there but completely blank. I do not download my email-I check it directly from the sbcglobal site.

Anyone else on sbcglobal who is frustrated??

Customer service is a joke. They did not understand that I use firefox as a browser (not IE) and that I don't download my email!!!! They couldn't get past that part of it!!!

It's uh, Mercury retrograde at the moment.. so if you believe in those things - it could be that affecting this lovely little communication problem you are having.

Kelly... can't you use your website URL to receive email? That is one of the big reasons I've kept my www.

Have you tried using Microsoft Office Outlook to open/populate your emails/compose/reply etc? Hope all works out for you! xo
