Another post today??
I thought I'd balance off the negative review of Acapulco with a positive review of one of my most favorite books. I picked it up again and am now reading it for the second? third? fourth? time. Audrey Niffenegger's The Time Traveler's Wife-
I can't tell you everything that I love about this book because it IS everything that I love about the book. I love the style. I love the way the book flows. I love that Clare is a paper artist. I love Henry. I love Clare. I love the characters in the book-even the ones that you just want to smack-they fit into the book. I love that the author is an artist. Did I tell you I have two copies of the book? I have the original hardcover and I recently bought a paperback version of it for $2. The paperback is by the side of my bed and I have been diving in and wrapping myself in its pages for the last few nights. If you don't know about Audrey and her work, check out the links here. Though, it's not as good as the Age of Feminine Drawing, it's still worth a look!
