I love paper.

Mom, Tristan and I had to trek to downtown Boston today to run a couple of errands (We've been running errands all day. It's what my family does best). We sidetracked to go to Paper Source in Brookline. Holy crap. That's the biggest Paper Source I've ever seen. It is *huge*. Sad thing is, I went in with a $100 and had to limit myself to less than that (trying to be good!!). I bought this paper one other time in a "grabbag" somewhere and have been looking for it ever since. Yay!! I bought two sheets in yellow, one in black, one in orange...and a few other papers, one bird stamp, and three packs of different napkins that I thought were cool.

I am hoping one of these days to go to Vellum in Boston. That store looks freakin' amazing from the comments on Yelp! One of these days. I totally forgot about this show. Argh!!!

It's been a long day...A sad day. Remembering John Gaughen today. RIP, John. You gave one helluva speech at Erin & Marc's wedding. You won't be forgotten. Godspeed.

That is some BEAUTIFULLY COOL paper! Geeze, I don't know why I didn't press a few bucks into your palm and tell you to pick out some cool stuff for me while you are in Boston! What was I thinking! But seriously, it sounds like treking to Boston might be a Mecca Pilgramage worth planning. Thanks for keeping us drooling over your paper expeditions. It sounds very much like Heaven!
