BLACK GOLD
Did anyone else see KCET's showing of "Black Gold" last night? I want to buy fair trade tea-or even better yet, does anyone know where you could buy black tea directly from farmers? I don't drink coffee (blah!) but we all know that the "system" is messed up... and I want to do anything that I can do in some small way to help. I figure a trek to Whole Foods is in order but I'm just wondering if anyone out there buys tea direct from the farmers. Thanks for your help.
(BTW, I am also going to look for fair trade rice, chocolate and other foods. Shop local farmers markets and co ops as much as you can!)
