What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for almost twenty years now. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Thanks Kept Creations!

I had a GREAT time teaching at Kept Creations in Whitman, MA. I found quite a few goodies at the store this weekend. Thanks to Kim and the Gang for a really fun weekend. BIG thanks to my wonderful students who came from far (Ontario, Canada) and near to take my classes. You are all very much appreciated and I hope that you have a wonderful time working in your books. Hope to see you again in December!

Several folks have asked about my online classes. A quick reminder that my latest (short but sweet) summer class, This & That: Finding the Poetry in the Everyday is on sale ($5 discount) until next week!Take advantage of the sale now while you can. More info here.

Tristan and I leave in a few days to head back home to David whom we miss very much. It's been a whirlwind trip. Looking forward to seeing family today. I've been super busy with helping to try to get my Mom settled into her new condo and teaching that I haven't had time to see anyone. I'm looking forward to seeing loved ones today.

Hey Kelly! Exciting travels...! Your class sounded like fun and your found goodies look too good to pass up. Are those washi tapes with ARROWS on them??!

Hi Kelly, I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the class yesterday. It was great to see you. I completed two pages tonight and really enjoyed working on them. I feel I have put my fear of collage behind me. Sometime when you are here it would be great to get together and chat for an hour or so and really catch up. xxoo Susan
