What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for almost twenty years now. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Thanks for stopping by!

3 February 2011 Journal Page

My friend, Taylor, loves my blog love posts so much that she insisted that I post two of her favorite blogs here, so I will! I've already added them both to my google reader!

Paula Mills
Sweet William

FYI, my Friday class this week was canceled (June is always the hardest month for classes), but I'm still taking sign ups for this Sunday's class, A Beautiful Life. A Beautiful Life was one of my most favorite journals to work in. I guarantee that you will love working in it as much as I did! I only have one other class scheduled this month, Love Story at Zinnia in So Pasadena next Saturday (if you're interested, please sign up for it now as it will not be repeated in So CA). More info on all workshops here.

Sad news, Artful Living is closing their store in Ojai. The good news is, they're going to reinvent themselves! (YAY)! Their sale starts on Monday. Their last day of business is June 26th. Their info is:
107 S. Signal Street

Happy Weekend, Everyone!
