What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for almost twenty years now. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Thanks for stopping by!

Home from Arizona and Frenzy Stamper

I had a GREAT time teaching this past weekend at Frenzy Stamper in Scottsdale. I taught 5 classes and the students kept me busy!! It was a fun, fabulous time!!!!

Debbie's birthday is this Friday, so make sure you stop by and say Happy Birthday!!!!!!
Some of the goodies I bought from Frenzy Stamper. I love the Paper Artsy stamps as I cut them and up and keep them in my journal bag. Debbie and I:One of 4 personal journal pages I made back at the hotel. I managed to journal Thurs and Fri but was kept out late and very busy having too much fun with friends Jeane and Jane on Saturday night! I used tape from a brand spanking new favorite company from Massachusetts, TapeSwell. I LOVE their stuff!! The birds, pink and brown tape you see-all of the background tape is theirs. YUM. My students used the tape all weekend long and ooohed and ahhed like I was!
Mom and Tristan:The weekend went by too fast, but a GREAT time was had by all!!!!

Glad you had fun teaching in AZ and visiting with mom.

You are the queen of altered books and journaling! Wish I got to as many pages as you do,I think about it more often then doing it.
