Boy this sure brought back memories! The fact I even remembered the words to the song is mind boggling. Mickey was my favorite too. I did think Davy was cute. I was happy to see him even if it was on the Brady Bunch. But I really liked watching the Monkees and better still when Mickey got to sing lead! :D Now I'm feeling pretty darn old. Thanks for bringing back some good memories for me. I also watched the Banana Splits, they just don't make tv like that anymore! Cheers!

Oh man! I was a HUGE Monkey fan, an original from the 60's! I remember we had TV problems one Monkey night and I almost died. LOL! My dad worked nights and we only had one car and one TV. How did we survive?! Anyway, my mom got a taxi to come down and take us all to my grandparent's house to watch it! I think she must've secretly liked them too. LOL! I even wrote to them and got a postcard from Screen Gems Studios. That's my Monkey "tale," get it?! LOL! Btw, my favorite Monkey was Mickey too till he started slicking his hair back. ROFL!
