New Magazines
I have been trying to use what I have on hand for the past year (for various reasons as some of you already know.) That said, I am in need of new collage ephemera for both my own personal stash and my class stash. I am very picky about what I use and am feeling the need to rotate out supplies. Yet, I've sold, given away or recycled most of my collage material.
I have been itching to visit the newsstand the last couple of weeks and on the way home from my class in Mar Vista today, I finally decided to stop in. I was rewarded with the above magazines (both new to me.)
I bought copies of NR (European) and Yen (Australian.) After tearing them apart (I found lots of goodies in both, I thought about going to buy a second copy of Yen to read but nixed it (for now.) Both were full of yummy collage material as well as thoughtful articles. Yen was my favorite of the two.
