Bringing Home the Goods: Cambridge

Had a great time in Cambridge yesterday. We went to the Harvard Square Bookstore, The Coop, Black Ink, Bob Slate, Nomad and Joie de Vivre. I only got into trouble at the Harvard Square Bookstore and even then it doesn't count because I had a very generous birthday gift certificate that has been burning a hole in my pocket since the summer. I am eager to dive into what I bought. I was happy that they had so many of the titles that were on my wishlist.

Cambridge has always been one of my favorite places to explore. As a teen, I'd would take The "T" there from Quincy. I loved the used record and bookstores. I worked there one summer at a bank and I'd spend my breaks wandering around the streets and checking out the sites. I still love exploring there and I'm already counting the days again until I can go back.

Hi Kel! Greetings from Southern California. Be still my beating heart - Camus is 1 of my 2 favorite all-time authors. Enjoy the rest of your trip. Hope to see you soon.
