29 June 2014 Journal Page

Funny to look back and see how much a person's art journal pages change in a month, a couple of months, a few years... Looking at the dated pages enables you to actually see how much their artwork changes and progresses. It's one of the reasons why I don't believe that there is such a thing as a bad journal page or a bad piece of art. It's all a part of the learning process.

I have a big announcement tomorrow for the blog. I'm really excited about it. I've haven't been able to announce it as I've been on the road teaching but now that I'll be home for a bit, I can let the cat out of the bag.

I have a bunch of new classes coming up this month. I'm teaching at a new venue in Los Angeles (this isn't a regular gig but a very special class) called Make Art in L.A. I'll be teaching a rare painting class (even if you've taken this class before, you haven't taken this version of the class.) You can find out about all of my classes here. I hope to see you there!
