On Sunday while I was waiting for Tristan to finish seeing The Dark Knight (again), I decided I'd visit the new Paper Source (again) on the corner of Third and Fairfax. I found a few new toys (more of the brown paper I love, the 12 x 12" (folded in half) handmade paper, the stamp set (one can never have enough alphabet stamps) and the 150 Love Notes (which I have been going ga ga over and cutting up to use in my journal. This paper pad was worth the trip alone.) There's something very dangerous about having a Paper Source within walking distance.
After Paper Source, we trekked over to Dick Blick on Beverly where I discovered new water-based paint markers! I picked up four of the fine and extra fine point Montana Acrylic Markers. So far they seem to work exactly like the Sharpie Water-based Paint Pens. Shake (always with the cap on) and pump. Though they have refillable (!!) markers available, too. More here.
I'll be posting my November 9-11th classes at Frenzy Stamper in Scottsdale, AZ tomorrow!
Also, I ADDED a class in Laguna Beach, Saturday November 24th. I'll have details up soon!
