Finished Pages from the Other Day

I'm taking a break from eating Cadbury Creme Eggs (my most favorite candy on the planet) and getting work done that needs to be done. I figured I would blog early (as in now) so I can have the rest of the day off and take a little internet phone break (I use my phone for email, blogging, etc...). I mailed a ton of packages today at the post office. I picked up some fresh strawberries, spinach and corn. I'm ready to spend the rest of the day in my pjs and relaxing. Maybe baking.

If you do anything this weekend, spend a quick couple of minutes watching this video of kinetic, independent sculptures. They are some of the most amazing things that I have ever seen:

I absolutely love Cadbury cream eggs. They are also my favorite, but M 7 M;s are next in line!
The kinetic sculptures are amazing. I never have seen anything like them.
The farmers market sounds great.
Cut up and saute eggplant, zucchini, onions, add bit of oregano, basil, parsley, S & P. When sautéed add 2 large coarsely chopped tomatoes.
Put all in casserole dish with can of tomato paste and cook for 1/2 or so at 350. Delish!
