What You'll Find Here

I post daily (photos of my journal pages, things that inspire me and personal bits and pieces) to inspire and encourage others. I have always believed that if I can do it, so can you.

You'll find resources (my favorite supplies, books, slideshows of my art journal pages, favorite bloggers, etc...) listed along the right hand side of my blog.

I've been teaching both in person and online workshops for almost twenty years now. You can find out more about my classes by scrolling down along the right hand side of my blog. I strive to make classes accessible to everyone (both beginner to advanced).

I love teaching and truly believe that deep down inside everyone is an artist, capable of creating something. There is power and knowledge in the act of creating something with your own hands, made from your own heart and head.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at EGorey99@sbcglobal.net

Look down...

I had to share. This is the floor (and my feet) at Zinnia in So Pasadena

How cool is this floor?!?!?!?! You should see the rest of the store!!!!

Tamara and Suki were crazy busy building something special for the front window. (I'll post pictures or a link when it's ready. It's AMAZING!!)

The weekend is a rocking good one! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have the BEST students!! I mean it!!

I have heard a lot about this store over the years. But this is the first floor shot I remember seeing. Very cool!

Yes! Fantastic place! Unfold was a great class, too! Rob and I are working on our journals...still. Can't. Stop. Addicted.

So much inspiration and "eye candy" in Zinnia...wish we lived closer.

That is so cool, and the color - to have a floor that bright and cheerful is magnificent.

Thanks for the link to Zinnia--who knew such places existed?! I sure wish there was something comparable a little closer to Philadelphia! It looks amazing.
